Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of 1ESG · Sustainable ESG (the "Service"), a product of TechProConsult Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (www.techproconsult.com) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

1ESG · Sustainable ESG is a SaaS platform for collecting ESG data, calculating Scope 1/2/3 emissions, and generating draft reports mapped to GHG Protocol, CSRD/ESRS, ISO 14064 and GRI. Reports are drafts; you remain responsible for verifying figures with your auditor before publication.

2. Plans & billing

Pricing tiers are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Enterprise plans are invoiced based on a signed order form. All prices exclude VAT.

3. Acceptable use

  • Don't upload data you don't have rights to share.
  • Don't attempt to break tenant isolation, reverse-engineer the Service, or scrape it.
  • Don't use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Don't resell the Service without a written agreement.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. The Service itself, including templates, emission factors and code, remains our IP.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat your workspace content as confidential and only access it (i) to operate and support the Service, (ii) as instructed by you, or (iii) where compelled by law.

6. Data Processing Agreement

For enterprise customers and any customer processing personal data of EU residents through the Service, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The DPA covers GDPR Article 28 obligations, sub-processors, security measures and Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that reports will be accepted by any specific auditor or regulator. You are responsible for the accuracy of inputs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms after written notice. On termination, you may export your data for 90 days, after which it is deleted.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
