What SBTi means
The Science Based Targets initiative validates corporate emission targets aligned with limiting warming to 1.5°C. Typical commitments are 42% absolute reduction in Scope 1+2 by 2030 and a separate Scope 3 trajectory.
What you can model
- Separate targets for Scope 1+2 and Scope 3.
- Baseline year and baseline tCO₂e are stored explicitly so trajectories stay defensible.
- Reduction percentage and target year produce a yearly straight-line glidepath.
- Actual emissions per year are overlaid so you can see if you are on, ahead of or behind track.
