Audit-ready trail
ESG numbers in a slide deck are easy. Defending them in a CSRD limited-assurance review is not. 1esg.app keeps the evidence with the data.
What we capture per datapoint
- Reporting year, pillar, category and key — so the auditor can re-aggregate from raw rows.
- Numeric value, unit and the emission factor used to derive CO₂e.
- Source label (CSV file name, manual entry, or AI extraction) and free-text notes.
- Created/updated timestamps and the company workspace it belongs to.
Why it matters
CSRD requires limited assurance from day one and is moving to reasonable assurance. ISAE 3000 / ISAE 3410 reviews ask for traceability from disclosed metric back to source document. Without that trail, your auditor will issue findings.
Workspace isolation
Every workspace is isolated by row-level security. Your team is the only one who can see your data — even on the demo workspace, edits create your own private clone.
